Brewing Tree Beer Co. is a craft brewery and taproom in Virginia's Blue Ridge, run by an owner who was doing the general manager's job at midnight.

The situation

The web presence lived across a dated WordPress site, third-party forms, and social pages that did the real work. Hours lived in one place, events in another; online checkout meant sending people somewhere else.

What we operate

One operated presence — live today at brewingtreebeer.com — replaced the patchwork. The first version — shop, events, and all — was hosted the same evening we started. That's in the git history. A fast site we host and maintain, on-site checkout, gift cards that arrive by email, private-event booking with instant owner alerts, an events calendar, and a menu that updates from a photo sent by email. The owner texts a change; we ship a preview; they approve.

What changed

Vendor subscriptions the business no longer needed were cancelled, revenue features the old stack couldn't do came online, and every Monday the numbers that matter arrive without being asked for.
